Cause Marketing for Microsoft XBOX Free to Play Model

Cause Marketing for Microsoft XBOX Free to Play Model

As per the article Cause marketing is a partnership of mutual profit between nonprofit and for-profit organization.

There are many ways in which games can be utilized for a beneficial social cause. One of the ideas which came in my mind is:

• We can make educational games for free related to children education which can run in different schools for learning purposes and fun to play with. Children can download them for free by using their school IDs. So knowledge and learning can be combined together with gaming. Now children can learn in minutes with lots of fun. Games can be like Sim City and RollerCoaster Tycoon, where children can create societies and build theme parks. It will develop their strategic thinking and planning skills. Moreover games like the math game; Ko's Journey can be the standard based to meet the curriculum. Thus, these educational games will provide creative opportunities for teachers to introduce educational and playful elements together into the learning environment.

• On the other hand through games we can also teach children to avoid bad habits .Like Microsoft Xbox 360®has been involved in cause marketing earlier with leading action sports event producer ASA Entertainment (ASA) to produce an action sports tour, the Xbox360 Anti-Gravity Tour. It visited numerous cities, educating high school students to prevent smoking, helping smokers quit, and protecting everyone from secondhand smoking. • Lastly we can also make a simulation to download for free for people to learn safe driving. We’ll create the most realistic driving experience possible by presenting a 360° panoramic view of the road and surrounding area. It will allow people to experience and learn how to handle dangerous situations that can’t be predicted on the road, but in a safe, controlled environment. Even they will encounter wide variety of different situations as: unexpected obstacles, pedestrians, being cut off by other drivers, potential head on collisions, other cars running red lights and stop signs, harsh driving conditions such as rain, snow and ice, etc. This will allow learners to replay their driving scenario to reinforce skills and determine where errors are made. Initially we’ll distribute this software for free in various car events all around different states and slowly will make it available online to download for free.
